Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at wearezol@outlook.com. Our team will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.

Non-Damaged Items:

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on non-damaged items. This policy ensures you receive a truly unique piece and helps us minimize waste.

Important Notes:

  • To be eligible for a replacement on a damaged item, the item must be in its original packaging and unworn.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required for any return inquiries.
